Our Company
The birth of a new age spear headed by the increase in modernisation and its demands propelled the thought of environmentally sustainable polystyrene products.
Shared by the company’s founders, this initiative was extensively researched and well contemplated leading to the launch of SOLIDPAK in 2011.
SOLID PAK is established when time contstraints are abundant for many South Africans and the demand for on the run meals is on the increase. The company seeks to create a paradigm where both the consumers and producers needs are fulfilled against a back drop of supporting a healthy environment.
SOLID PAK also endeavours to produce employment opportunities for both the skilled and unskilled workers in South Africa. Spawning a new company during this century and turbulent economic times present a challenge for the company and its founders but it is a challenge well-accepted and understood
Recycling
All waste material from our company is recycled and reused. Any materials that cannot be reused, are then sold to industries that use recycled material.
